So, here I am. Home sweet home sweet home. It's now coming into day three, which means I've hung out at home, watched as much television as I would like to, and the work it is not (how you say?) still done. But the book reading, yum yum, lots of it and good stuff too. Also the getting about, but only very a little, very a little. Some day, perhaps, it will improve.
Boredom is really good, it incites you to greater acts of courage and bravery. Out of sheer boredom. How obtuse.

Have you heard a song so brilliantly awful, so incredibly idiotic, that it made you laugh out loud while making your tummy all quesy at the same time? I just had that listen to Skye Sweetnam's cover of - get this - Part of Your World, from The Little Mermaid!
Yes, it was all ROCK and FAST and all AVRIL LAVIGNE-like, and I don't mean that in a good way (Lavigne rocks, but do you see the hilariousness of rushing through "Part of Your World", a song which in the original literally tiptoes through itself?)
omfg. that was fun. should find out more about this lady.
p.s. am still in singapore. didn't make honours. looking forward to life anyways. now own a bicycle, which is the love of my love. big grins all around.

This page seems to be blocked by somebody (NUS? Singapore?), although all the other pages on the site (and in the online book) work fine. Interestingly, this restriction cannot be routed around using Google cache! Fun!
