- OMFG one painful, painful website: try not to lose anything on Singapore Taxis, if you can! The phone service is excellent, if a little hard to get anybody on the phone.
- "Bisque policy" is apparently the correct term for a policy of letting employees take a few "sick" days without actually being sick - sort of a spontaneous casual leave. It's a good idea!
