Atleast, you know, lately. I mean today. It was a good day. Just as I got up on the wrong side of the bed yesterday, today I got up on the right side of the bed, and that means everything's been wonderful today in general. Productive was up - not as good as I'd like it to be, true; but a whole lot better than it's been lately, which is a good thing. I didn't study GRE today - no surprise there, alas. I desperately need to catch up. The Pretender episode I'm watching isn't that great (although Miss Parker had a narrow episode-save just there).
I'm in one of my Eva moods again (because of the movie, no doubt). I really need to buy that stuff so I can satisfy those cravings! But imagine how much time I'd waste in such cravings? Bear in mind that the entire Neon Genesis Evangelion corpus extends over 25 hours, including Death and EoE.

... that in 2006, at the age of 97, Dr. Michael E. DeBakey suffered from aortic dissection, and became the oldest person to be treated for this condition, which is essentially a tear in the inner lining of the aorta, causing blood to leak into the tunica media? Which is especially cool because he developed the technique used on him?
How cool is that. And he's still alive (as of mid-March, 2007), and will turn a hundred this September. Crazy, crazy world.

Horrible, mind you, in my own personal reduction; I'm not talking out-of-money-without-a-home, but just a whole bunch of not-so-nice things all at once. Not embarrassing, mind, but close. And just generally horrible all around. Grr, ugh, ouch, and all that.
Right now, I'm relatively comfy, there's a very angsty episode of The Pretender in the DVD, Nobody Scores was having a fun time a while back, Questionable Content ain't so bad, and while I'm blogging, how about yesterday's Achewood, huh? Weird stuff, man, weird, and - like I said - it is all of it in the mood.

I'll never understand mathematics. Ever.
It's been a lousy boring kind of day. Perhaps my conventional strategy - to aggressively use weekends to go out and do things, and make myself happy - is a much better one than vaguely trying to get stuff done, giving up, and settling for a 20% solution. Blech, blech, blech.
And of course there's so much incredible stuff to do! Oh no no no no no.
I want to curl up in the corner with my Lennon-McCartney again. Help!

As near as I can tell, they create their accounts by taking e-mail addresses from competing job-seeking websites, creating an account for you, and then spamming you with e-mails about new jobs. It's completely unethical, unscrupulous and beyond belief. Please do not support www.JobSupermart.com or any affliated companies: we can't allow companies like this to continue abusing our e-mail addresses in such a vile manner. Please pass this message on, or put your own complaints with this website up on the internet so that these guys learn they can't take us for a ride in this way.

Well, that's over. I bought myself a camera, watched No Country for Old Men at the cinema, and had a really awesome, juicy dinner; a nice, long walk; a long bus-ride; a cab ride, and then had a chance to play around with my brand new camera! My punctuation's gone to bits, so I'm sorry; and thanks to everybody who wrote nice things on my wall - I'll reply to them all individually this weekend!
There's so much more to record before I finish but, alas, my brain is deadness itself, and so I must I must I must go now. Take care everybody, and have an awesome year ahead!
