Pretty boring day, as it goes. One of those days where you wonder whether anything interesting ever happens to people in Springfield, while all the while there's a buzz going on in the background of things happening to other people.
Well, not all other people. Gerard (who lives here, by the way) just found out he'd been accepted at Brown University, the one place he'd been talking about going to for ages, in pretty much exactly the area of study he's most into. How brilliant is that?! Makes the whole post-July situation in our house get more interesting, obviously, but how much more interesting remains to be seen.
Sigh. I wish something majorly exciting happens to me, soon.

My new month resolution is to leave more messages on other people's blogs (possibly extend this to leave more messages and/or edits lying around on Wikipedia, too). Considering that Blogger is having intermittant server errors problems all day today, perhaps today wasn't the best day to start working on this ...
